Bellamy, presiding at the National Union of Railway Men at Swansea, said the fusion of railway men had already, been justified. The movement had mot with tho most powerful response tho combined memoership during tho last fifteen months had risen from 180,000 to 300,000. He would not be satisfied until all non-unionists had been eliminated, but they must steadily resist Anarchistic tendencies. SYDNEY RAILWAYMEN. Sydney, Juno 16. ■ A meeting of tho Railway Workers' Association decided not to accept tho constitution of tho newly-created Unions' Federation.
