AVIATORS SUED FOR FRIGHTENING DAIRY CATTLE. By' Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyxicht Paris, Juno 11. Tho Tribunal of the Seino has mulcted M. Farman and other aviators in damages for frightening live stock and lessoning tho yield of tho dairy farms. Tho judgment declares that the air to tho tree tops belongs to tho owner of the land, and that air above is free to all; but that aviators aro liable to damages on proof of injury.
