YACHTSMEN'S RESOLUTION. A meeting'- of the Wellington Yachting Association was held recently, when tho finding of the Magisterial Inquiry into tho collision between thri harbour tug Pilot and tho yacht Atalanta was considered. A complete copy of the evidence takeii at the inquiry was discussed. and tho .following decision was arrived at :—"That tho decision of the Magisterial Inquiry was a correct one, and is practically covered by Article 29" of Regulations for Frcvontion of Collisions tit Sea." Tho secretary was instructed to write to the Marino Department, requesting the following information: —(1} The definition of a fairway? (2} What constitutes a fairway under tho Order-in-Council, which is incorporated in, the harbour by-laws ?
