DISHONEST SOLICITOR
ODDFELLOWS SUFFER. (By Teleeraßh.—Press Association.) Dunedin., June 5. In tho Supremo Court to-day Mr. Justice Sim gavo judgment in a case in which John and William Kemp, farmers, of Kartigi, claimed £250 from tho Palmerston Lodge of Oddfellows. Plaintiffs borrowed £550 from the lodge and repaid £250. This sum was paid t<l John Crisp, solicitor, who did not account for it. His Honour held that the lodge was bound by the payment madoto Crisp as its agent, and'gavo judgment for plaintiffs.
