Statham, i>1.1., introduced to the Primo Minister a deputation of'licensed land agents, who had some suggestions to make in rolereiice to amendments to the Land Agents Act, 1912, Amending Bill, which was introduced last session but was not passed owing to pressure of businose Iho Prime Minister admitted tho necessity for the amending Bill. As tho Act was naturally to some extent an experiment, ho hoped that such a Bill would be reintroduced nest session when the suggestions of the deputation would receive full consideration, and tho opportunity would bo afforded, if desired,-to givo evidence beforo a committee of tho House.
