GERMAN OFFICERS ARRESTED IN . RUSSIA. By TeleKrauli—Press Aesociati on—Copyright (Rec. May 28, 11.45 p.m.) St. Petersburg, May 28. A German aeroplane, which was crossing the Russian frontier near Plock, was fired at, and damaged. The aeroplane descended; and its two officers wero arrested.
