At tho meeting of tho Queensland Assembly, held on May 13, a resolution was carried, "That instructions bo given to ministers to attend public schools to givo religions instruction." Tiie Rev. Dr. Mdrringion, in seconding tho resolution, said tho State schools afford an unrivalled opportunity, Mr. R. J. Shilliday depreentipd any'neglect' of the excellent opportunities which tho State schools afforded.
