Barlow Bros, in connection with Customs transactions vas cpntinucd before Mr. Justice Deuniston today. Tho charges wera that, at Christchurch, on April 243, 1012, ho did steal £37 165., the property of Barlow Bros.; that on May 25, 1!)13, he did steal £59 175., also the property of Barlow Bros, t that on December G, 1912, ha did steal tho sum of £17 Ms., the property of Barlow Bros. . Tho case was unfinished when tho Court adjournca.
