In regard to women sitting in the State Assembly and in municipal councils, Mr. Hohnan said that the Government intended to bring tho Constitution into line with tlioso of the more advanced States.

Tho aim of the democracy, ho added, was to extend the range of choice in order to allow electors to say whether they should bo represented by a man or a woman.
