The plans -include- provision for the installation of tanks for the storage of 12,000 tons of oil f?.wl, and also storage capacity for '-.trgc quantities' of coal. The complete schomo involves aii expenditure) of £100,000. Mr. Stowo will visit America to study tho latest niftthods off fuel storage, and secure tho best machinery for the transporting of tho' same.
