The caso against Horatio iiottomlcy (acting-editor) and Julius Elias, representing the printers, for tho publication of an article in the newspaper "John Bull," containing a proposal and schemd regarding tickets (or lotteries to bo run in Switzerland, tho lotteries tojio called "The Grand National Sweepstake" and "The John Bull Derby Sweep," has concluded. Tho accused were fined £25 apicco.
