In the case against Alfred Travail Robinson, who was arrested iii Sydney, and brought to Auckland to answer a charge of having committed a breach of the Bankruptcy Act, tho Crown. Prosecutor 'stated, that an accountant emplayed by the Official Assignee, after going. through tho bankrupt's books, had reported that tho charge Could not bo supported by tlio evidence) as things were.
