The following is the result of the election of the Brooklyn Committee:— . Messrs. M. A . Robinson (chairman), J. Burton (secretary), 11. Vile, W. Covontry, A. J. White, A. Bate, E. llill, D. Kennedy, and E. Hendrickson. Of the largo number present the majority were women. The annual report and balance-sheet were adopted, and at tho conclusion of the mooting three hearty cheers were given for tho chairman. KARORI. About fifty householders, were present at the annual meeting of tho Karori Committee. Air. R. G. Burn presided. Tho annual report and balance-sheet Vero adopted. There were thirteen candidates for the new committee, and out of this number the following were elect-

cd: —R. Tain, A. Oakey, A. Halliday, M. P. Spiers, and W. 11. Nimmo. A vote of thanks was passed to Mr. R. (i. Burn, the retiring chairman, who did not seek re-election. Mr. Nimmo was p.lected chairman of the new committee. ROSENEATH. Mr. 11. N. Morrison presided over a good attendance of householders at the annual meeting of tho Roseneath School. ■ Tho following is the committee elected lor the ensuing year:—Messrs. H. 11.
