Ho-would bcx. convicted and ordered to coinc ti'i>- for sentence when called upen, on condition tliat ho paid tho valup of the stolen • music sheets. . - For theft of a tvnteli and comb, valued at Bs. 6d., the property of Thomns Coffcy, Mary Barclay was convicted and ordered to come u& for sentence when called upon. Owen Gladstone Swan and Thomas ■M'Xamarn:'wcre retna«dod, until Friday on a charge of having assaulted and robbed Win. Benjamin GocWardof 15s. Sivnn was nlso , " remanded till Friday on ■ a charge of being an'idle and disorderly person, who ceiiserted with reputed thieves.
Henry Francis M'llray, alias Campbell, was remanded till May 13, ok a charge of having attempted to tab some person .unknowl,!.' Pot insobriety, Annie 31'G.ftitii, Charles Baker, mid Thomas Gordon Lennox were cadi fined 50s. Six first offenders wore leniently dealt with.
