SOLICITOR STRUCK OFF THE ROLL A motion taken under the l».iiv Practitioners' Act was before the Court, of Appeal yesterday. This 'concerned the rase of Walter Sliaw, whom the Canterbury Law Society applied to hav-e struck off tho roll. Shaw is at pro-sent in' prison, and the- motion was not opposed.
