H: Collinson, Palmerston, and stealing £3 Is., the property of Jessie Angus; being a rogue and a vagabond by reasou of being found in possession of housebreaking implements; entering tho dwelling of T. Spain, at Masterton, and stealing a bunch of keys; a sovereign case, and 95.; entering tho premises of the Now Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency. Masterton, and stealing £5 2s. 3d., 180 penny stamps, and 120 halfpenny stamps, tho property of A. Spain; breaking and entering the premises of -. Allen, Masterton, full particulars of which were not yet availa Evidence was given by Mrs. Collinson, who was aroused by her hedrpom door creaking and by, flashes of light. Sho subsequently aroused Miss Angus, who said that her handbag had contained £3 odd, hut when she .found it afterwards in a coalbin it contained only Jialf a sovereign and sixpence.
