TJio soldiers then gavo a mighty clieor. / i Brigades of dragoons and cuirassierß then made a 6imilar charge, tho charge being accompanied by tho discharge of mac'hino guns. Tho gala performance at tho opera was a brilliant spectacle. (Rec. April 24, 9.40 p.m.) Paris, April 24. Their Majesties visited the British Hospital ana schools in Paris, and attended tho aftornoon special .races at Autenil. Brilliant sunshine prevailed, and the' Royal party received a tremendous ovation en route to tho course. A.great farewell banquet is beingtendered the Royal visitors by tho Minister of Foreign Affairs.
REVIEW OF THE ENTENTE. SATISFACTORY RESULTS OF THE "CONVERSATIONS." (Rec. April 24, 9.30 p.m.) Paris, April 24. Sir Edward Grey (British Foreign Minister), and M. Doumerguo (the French Premier) have issued a statement summing up the results of _ the Conversations on tho various questions which have been interesting tho two countries. These have been considered, and an identity of view on all.points has been established. Taking a noto oil the results of the policy pursued in association with Russia, Sir Edward Grey and M. Doumerguo are completely agreed on the necessity of tho three Powers (Great Britain, France, and Russia) continuing their Constant efforts to maintain tho balance of power for peace.
