Their Majesties visited the British Hospital ana schools in Paris, and attended tho aftornoon special .races at Autenil. Brilliant sunshine prevailed, and the' Royal party received a tremendous ovation en route to tho course. Doumerguo are completely agreed on the necessity of tho three Powers (Great Britain, France, and Russia) continuing their Constant efforts to maintain tho balance of power for peace.
