Dr. Harnack is Professor of Theology and General Director of tho Hoyn'l Library at Berlin. Ho is one of the greatest living authorities on New Testament ciitioism and Church history, and is supposed to exercise a powerful influence on the. Kaiser on questions relating to.religion,-, morals,, and social reform.
