Tim Conimiiiec of the Ulster Unionist Council, with the approval of Lord Londonderry and Sir Edward Carson, has issued a statement declaring that Lieu-ieaant-Goncral Sir Arthur Paget (Com-wajidor-in-Ciiiof in.
