PLAGUE AT HONGKONG
SERIOUS OUTBREAK REPORTED
By Telegraph—PrcM Association-Copyright (Rec. April 18, 8.5 p.m.) April 18. Tlio steamer Qhangsha, which has arrived from Hong-Kong, reports a serious outbreak of plaguo. Tiro hundred cases, and 160 deaths woro reported for the week previous to tho steamer's departure from HongKong.
