During the past wool season 47,787 bales were offered at the local sales. Napier occupied second place in the Dominion. Christchurch heading the list with 62,247. Dunedin came, third with 44,710, Wellington had 42,611. Timaru 26,063, Auckland 17,839, and Invcrcargill 17,593 bales.
