Defendants pleaded guilty, Hie jxmths were fined £2 each, and the adult £1. Tho botelkeeper, who served the- youths, was fined £10.
LIBERAL CAMPAIGNERS. Westport, April 15. Messrs. Atmore and M'Callum, Liberal M.IVs, addressed a crowded meeting in Cadzow's'Theatre this ■oveiiing, aver 1000 being, present. Their addresses strongly condemned tho administration of the Reform Government. There- wore occasional interruptions, hut applause predominated. At the conclusion a vote of thanks to the speakers, and of success to tho Liberal party, was carried without dissent.
