CARNIVAL TOURNAMENT THE SECOND DAY. Li gloomy and windy weather the Citizens' Carnival Rink Tournament, played under tho auspices of thes Wellington Bowling Centre, was continued on the city greens yesterday. The greens wero a littlo less heavy than on Saturday, but wero nowhero approaching being keen. The blustering ivmd added to tho worries of players, who bad, as often as not, to allow so much green as well as push for tho eddies that whirled round tho playing areas.
