The Minister will come south again towards tho end of the jnonth to meot General Sir lan Hamilton on his arrival at the Bluff on April YEAR'S FINANCE. Dunedin, April 11. ,The Hoik James Allen will address his constituents at Milton on Wednesday next. It is understood he will disclose the financial results of the past year.
