HON. JAMES ALLEN
TO ADDRESS HIS CONSTITUENTS. 'By Tolegraph.-Pr653 Chrlstohurch, April 11. .The Hon. Jas. Allen, Minister of Fiance and of Defence, arrived from Wellington by the Wahine this morning, and left by the first express for the south. Mr. Allen will deliver a political address at Milton next Wednesday, and will pass through Ohristehurch on the following Friday. The Minister will come south again towards tho end of the jnonth to meot General Sir lan Hamilton on his arrival at the Bluff on April YEAR'S FINANCE. Dunedin, April 11. ,The Hoik James Allen will address his constituents at Milton on Wednesday next. It is understood he will disclose the financial results of the past year.
