It is declared rigiit that a soldier should use his weapons to repel attacks oil the honour or himself or others. The orders enunciate the principle that tho military may not he. employed for tho niero reinforcement of tho police, and it is laid dowu that it help is necessary tho military commander must remain in sole control until the emergency has gassed.
