TWO COURTS OF APPEAL

THE PERSONNEL ANNOUNCED. Tiio Judicature Amendment Act of last session enacted that tho Court of Appeal should consist of Wo divisions, to be called the First and Second Divisions, and that each division was to consist of five Judges. The Chief Justice, and Justices W. B. Edwards, and J. E. Denniston—the three Judges who sit on both Divisions —have recommended that Justices W. A. Sim and J. H. Hosting he- appointed to 1 the First Division and Judges Thco Cooper and T "W. Stringer to the Second Division the same—with tho three Senior Judges as members of both Divisions—havo been appointed by tho Governor-in-Council (and duly gazetted), to those positions.
