PLOTS AGAINST THE VICEROY. By Telegraph.—Press AESooiation-Copyriglit Delhi, April 7. During the hearing of the conspiracy case, the son 3 of the Regent of Jodhpur gave evidence that a second attempt on the life of Lord Hardiuge, the Viceroy, was planned during his visit to Jodhpur, and that their tutors had been prominently identified with the plot. Both tutors are now on trial, with others, on charges of sedition.
