UPPER HUTT TOWN BOARD.

The Upper H«tt Town Board met on Monday evening, Commissioner Robertson presiding in tho ahsciice- of the chairman, Commissioner Webb. There were also present:—Commissioners H. V. Benge, T. Edwards, and A. J. M'Curdy.

It was resolved to ascertain from the Town Clerk, Wellington, if any joint action was being taken to contest tho cjaim.
