EXPLOSIVES.

STORAGE AND CONTROL'. Provision is made for storing and controlof explosives in the Explosive and Dangerous Goods Act, 1908. Section, 9 of,tho Act states that explosives may bo kept: (a) In the licensed factory in which the explosive is manufactured: or. (b), in a magazine, or store licensed under the Act for keeping the explosive; oi\.(c) as provided by a license or other sufficient authority issued under tho Arms Act, 1908. Licenses may he granted- by tho Minister on such termß and conditions as ho thinks fit for keeping and using magazines for the storage of explosives. Specified amounts •which may be kept in stores are provided by license under the Arms Act, and provision is made for Government inspection of all places where explosives aro kept.
