MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
, Mr. D. G. A. Cooper, S.M., presided over yesterday's sitting of tlio Magistratc's Court. Sarah lleevos was fined 205., with the option of ono month in gaol, on a charge of importuning, lloso Frasor, similarly charged, was remanded until this i"SThomas Reeves was fined 10s. for insobriety, and was also fined £3 and , £1 respectively on charges of using objeetionablo laiiguago mid assaulting a police constable. Six first offenders who were charged with insobriety were convicted and discharged.
