HON. W. FRASER ON TOUR.
_4 (By Telegraph.—Pre« Association.) Core, March 15. Tho Hon. W. Frascr ; Minister of Public Works, is now visiting the south--era portion of Wakatipu, his electorate'. He received a number of deputations, including jono from Wcndon leaseholders, who complained somewhat bitterly of tho variety of the tenures to which they are subjected, and of tho fact that no compensation is allowed for grass on tho termination of leases. The Minister promised to bring the matter before Mr. Massey. Mr. Eraser continues his country tour to-morrow and Tuesday.
