Mr. Cook, Leader of the Federal Opposition Party, speaking at Sandringferfii, said that Mr. Holman's (Premier of New South Wales) figures concerning New South Wales's light taxation was a piece of sheer political effrontery. "There never was a more hollow mockcry than to assert that three years of Labour rule has given us industrial peace. Labour rule had signalised tho fratricidal policy'of striking and tho creation of class hatred, which was increasing in that State to-day. This feeling lias, and will, reduce tho effectiveness of tlie working man's wages," added Mr. Cook.' /
