Wellington Hospital and Charitable-Aid Board art exempted i'rjm the operation of the award on condition that they pay not less than tho wages fixed by the award for any work coining within the scope of the award, and pay the overtime rates prescribed for any work done by any worker in ex?eos of 41 hours-iti any one week.
