(By Telceraph.—Proas Association.) Felltling, March. 14. Mr. Justo, a wealthy agriculturist from Buenos Ayres, yesterday visited tho High School Boys' agricultural camp at Almadalc, near Feilding. Ho gave an address to tho boys, and after investigating the work they were doing, said ho had seen the work at the Washington Agricultural College, America, but tho work being done at Almadale was much more thorough and valuable than that at the American College.
