Mr. Sydney Jeffreys, the wireless •operator with the Mawsoii expedition, has been found in an exhausted and semi-demented condition in the .bush, where lio had been wandering for six days, practically foodless.; Hβ has been removed io xhe Ararat iAsylum. _ . , Jeffreys joined tho train at Adelaide, en routo to Queensland, and how he came to leavo it and wander into the bush is at present unknown.
