A pnstoval letter, by Cardinal Logue, read 111 the Irish Churches, urges tho workers to organise int-o real trado unions, but warns them against tho dangers of Syndicalism and Socialism. Representative Conciliation Boards aro pointed to as the remedy for t-lio present paralysis of employment, which is altogether avoidable and which would never have occurred if Irishmen had a strong independent union, not relying for support on tho English 'unions.
