HOUSING IN DUBLIN.

Tho Dublin Housing Committee's report shows that many of the worst evils are due to neglect and- abuso 'of the existing Members of' tho corporation own tenements, some of •which nre unfit'for human habitation, and improper rebates have been allowed to tenement owners within and withput the corporation i Maladministration of civic- affairs has been largely responsible for demoralising tho tenement ownors , and for depression of wages. The corporation, as constituted, is quito unfitted to deal with housing.
