HORSEWHIPPING CHARGE. Hj ißlceraDn—Press Aesoola,tfon—OonyrJeht London, February 18. -At the Poiico Court, a'Suffragette who refused to give her name was changed with horsewhipping Lord Weardale, joint president of the Anti-Suffragists' Society, at Eustori, Station, presence of Lady Weardale and 200 others. Tho prisoner stated that she meant, to givo Lord. Weardale a good thrashing. : , She- pleaded that. she had mistaken Lord Weardale for Mr. Asquith (the Premier). Bail was refused.
