* : TRAINING OF OUTLYING UNITS. District Orders issued yesterday contain tho following:— "Men who live at a distanco of more than one hour's journey (two hours', if mounted) from a drill centre, will, in future, perform their training with the General Training Section, arid will not bo posted to the Territorial Forco; subject to the upkeep of establishment. In relation to this ruling it lias been decided that no more drill centres will bo established unless special circumstances demand it, ,in which case tho matter will bo referred to District Headquarters."
