A footpad snatched a lady's bag and two mon attempted to capture him. One_was shot in the head and the other in the stomach. Tlio man shot in the stomach showed conspicuous bravery; he continued the-chaso, and succeeded in bringing the assailant to the ground, where ho held him until assistance arrived.. - Both victims were sent to the hospital. . ■ AN ARREST. (Rec. February 12. 9.20 p.m.)"'' Sydney, February 12. A young man named EHb lias been remanded on charges of robbery and shooting with/intent to murder, in connection with the Domain sensation.
