Osborne (2nd Canterbury Regiment), 94, 2. The judge spoke enthusiastically of tho' performance of Williams;-,.who. gained the maximum of marks. . TJie First A Grade and First B Grade cohte'ste. took place to-night: Twelve bands wero'entered for tho"A Grade Contest, which was not completed until after midnight.
