CRISIS IN PERU.
ELECTIONS TO BE HELD. By Telegraph—Press Association— Oooyright Lima, February 5. In connection with tho revolt in Peru, it is stated that President Bijlinghurst is generally blamed for precipitating th« crisis by his decree enforcing a Budgot which Congress had rejected. Congress held an extraordinary session and nominated a governing board, with Colonel Benavides as President, pending now elections. The navy has recognised the new Government.
