IMPERIAL QUESTIONS.
PLEA FOR CO-ORDINATION. By Telegraph—Press Ass-iciation-CopyrUht London, February 5. The Hon. T. Mackenzie, High Commissioner for New Zealand, speaking at tho Anglo-Saxon Club, pleaded for greater co-ordination of efforts on Imperial questions. Ho complained that too great a toll was levied on tho raising of loans, and contended that overseas transit and mail services required recasting, because Dominion preferences were nullified by British trade competitors' shipping subsidies.
