In view of tho.refusaTof Mr. Larkin, the Dublin striko leader, to substantiate charges made by liim in November last against Mr. J. Havelock Wilson (secretary of the Seamen's Union) the Transport Workers' Executive lias decided to dissociate him from the movement. '
Larkin describes the Transport Workers' Executive's action as bluff. He says it will not affect him in the slightest.
TOn November 27 last, Mr. Wilson challenged tho Dublin transport vorkers to compel Larkin to substantiate his statement that ho (Wilson) e«nt blacklegs from London to Leith. If Larlcin was unable to provo it, Mr. Wilson demanded his repudiation at the hands of the transport workers.] _
