ASHORE ON THE COLUMBIAN" COAST. By Telegraph-Press Association—Oosrriztil (Ike. January 28, 11.30 p.m.) Now YorK, January 27. Mr. Frederick Vandcrbilt's yacht is ashore on tho Columbian coast. The Duko and Duchess of Manchester ami Lord Falconer were aboard. All wore rescued by a passing steamer. A tug has been dispatched to endeavour, to save tho palatial yacht.
