Rumour has already been biisy with moro than one name, among them the Hon. T. W. Hislop and Mr. Edward Tregear, but neither of these is lilJtely to go to the poll.- From present indications it is,more than likely that the contest will bo a straight-out ono between tho sitting Mayor,' Mr. J.
