There has. been a heavy snowstorm, the Narbonne district being buried beneath 10 feet of snow. The country train services have been suspended. Several trains became stuck in -the drifts. Traffic on the Seine was stopped by inihiature ice floes. . It is feared' that floods will follow the thaw.
