All tlie groups in the lato Bulgarian Sobranje, which was dissolved on the Opposition groups refusing to pass a provisional voto on account, refuse to tako office. The Treasurer is raising the requisite revenue by Royal decree, subject to an Act of indemnity b.y the- next Sobranje.
