The United Sinte.s Court of 'Appeal has held that there was no moral turpitude involved in Mylitis's criminal liliel on King George V., for which the accused was convicted in Ksvjlaml. Tim Court held that there was no lmtral turpil-udo involved by Mylius publishing in England a defamatory libel against ■ a Devon labourer, or a London street sweeper; therefore there was no moral turpitude involved if the same libel were published regarding the Lord Chancellor, or even King George. As tho Government hi not appealing to tho United States Supreme Court--tho last resource now left to if —Mylius will accordingly be admitted ns-a desirable citixoii. Tho Court admitted that the libel was a brutal one, but declared that it was unable to allow <inestions or rank t/ enter as a consideration.
