WARSHIP'S LAUNCH UPSET. By Taltntauh—Pr»'<> Association—CoDyi'lch! Now York, January 9. From Norfolk, Virginia, comes news that a launch, reported to contain nineteen men belonging to tho battleship Wyoming, was upset in Hampton Roads. Three bodies have beon recovered. A tug picked up eleven of tho men. It is now believed that five of tho men havo been drowned. The launch was struck with heavy seas when laden with freight.
